We would like to thank everyone for the fantastic response and support the Adventure Project has been getting.  I personally would also like to give a big shout out to the writers who have participated in the project so far. You are talented and gifted and I'm sure we will hear from you again!

Now without further ado - the winning chapter is "Mathew" by Merick.    This will serve as the prompt for chapter 2.   This chapter is due on April  29th   11:59 pm CT. 

 So dash to  your computers and start writing!  Remember it's only 700- 1000 words and must follow the plot from  "Mathew"  by Merick Congratulations once again Merick  and thanks to Dragonfey57 for participating.  We look forward to reading more from both of you.

Voting will begin for the submissions we've received for Chapter 1.  Although the the turnout was not what we were hoping there is still plenty of time for everyone to get involved with other chapters and continue this unique writing and creative project.    Voting will open on Wednesday April 18th, at 12:01 AM CST and will close Saturday at 11:59 AM CST.   Please watch for the voting links and info to be posted soon!   Let's all support these great writers and see where our story will take us!  You can read the submissions listed under the Chapters link.

Eric Northman has received a call from  his long time friend, Gabriella Calabrese AKA (Gabby)  who is the Sheriff of Area 7, Chicago.   Her bonded,  a human named Mathew Gregorian has disappeared and Gabby is frantic to find him and asks Eric for help.   Gabby has explained that their bond has been severely severed somehow and she can tell he’s alive but that’s about all she can tell from the bond.   

The only other clues Eric has been able to find so far have been that Matthew disappeared sometime during Gabriella’s rest. 

Write a chapter  of 700-1000 words using the information given from this prompt.  Send your finished and Beta’d (see Faqs)  chapter to chronicles.adventures@gmail.com in any document format.

Do you like to do digital art and play with Photoshop?  Maybe you like to make Youtube videos.  Your artistic creations are welcome in this challenge and will be added to the entire story.   See Faqs for formats that can be submitted.

Eric set at his desk, thinking over the conversation with the tracker he had hired. Ian was one of the best around, but even Weres have limitations. He would be helpful during the daytime in the search for Gabriella’s human, Matthew, but no Were had his particular set of skills. It was decided; he was going to Chicago himself.

“Pam!” he called out as he moved quickly towards Fangtasia’s back door, “call ahead and make all the arrangements for me to get to Chicago a.s.a.p.”

Before Pam could even call out “good luck” to Eric he was gone.

“Please don’t make me do this again?” The voice was soft, and might have been called musical were it not so despondent in its plea. Large eyes looked up at the giant of a man towering above her, his face showed no mercy, not to her, not to the human slumped in the chair in front of them both. Sometimes he smiled at her, the giant man, sometimes his long nose crowned the glimmer of white teeth splitting beautiful red lips. Sometimes his green eyes glittered, but not that day.

“Go into his soul, we need what he hides little one.” At least his voice was not angry, she hated it when his voice was angry, it made her feel small, and worthless.

Calling all Writers, Banner Makers , YouTube vid makers, and Anyone That Gets Inspired

 

Chronicles of an Adventure   is a great way for everyone to get involved in a fandom wide challenge.  

By tonite at 1am EST/Midnight CST , submit a chapter based on the following prompt and use a character of your own creation.

The Current Prompt (the Preface) :

Eric Northman has received a call from  his long time friend, Gabriella Calabrese AKA (Gabby)  who is the Sheriff of Area 7, Chicago.   Her bonded,  a human named Matthew Gregorian has disappeared and Gabby is frantic to find him and asks Eric for help.   Gabby has explained that their bond has been severely severed somehow and she can tell he’s alive but that’s about all she can tell from the bond.   

The only other clues Eric has been able to find so far have been that Matthew disappeared sometime during Gabriella’s rest.

The chapter has to be at least 700 words but no more than 1000

and send them on any format with a header  to chronicles.adventures@gmail.com
